Extended Stay America Suites- Clearwater - Carillon Park

This review is based on the outstanding job Nikki does, not just for myself but all the guests. She exceeds expectations time and time again. She is will to go the extra mile, which means a lot in the hospitality industry. She is so helpful. Always cheerful and always a big smile. In my opinion she is management material. If she decides to pursue this career long term I know she will be a General Manager down the road. Every location should have this level of quality.

I absolutely love it at this Extended Stay America. It is located in a very nice area, with a grocery store pretty much across the street and restaurants in walking distance. The GM, Anthony, has been making many improvements to this location. He truly cares about this property and guest happiness. Nicole, Jessica and all the other front desk staff are really friendly, accommodating, and talking to them feels like talking to a long time good friend. The room service here is on point as well and they're extremely friendly too. I cannot forget to mention how great the maintenance guys are here. Any time I have needed maintenance, he has come to my room quickly and fixed whatever was wrong. He is very much the type of person who wants things done right and with great quality. He makes sure things are done properly and are in great condition. I would recommend this ESA location to anyone looking for a great experience and place to stay.

We had house fire that pretty much destroyed our house. My wife and I were a little hesitant about staying here but we're pleasantly surprised. Almost without exception, the staff has been very helpful, friendly, and accommodating. Our room is in pretty good shape and was clean upon move in. If we had a complaint it would be the condition of the road near the entrance. It's not ESA's fault but it's annoying. The pool is always clean. We would certainly stay again.

This is a very nice place. Sarah is one of the best workers I've ever met there and is very compassionate. She always has a smile and is very kind. The other workers should look at her and have that same attitude.

Enjoyed my stay as always. Whenever I come to the area I love staying here, very peaceful, inexpensive compared to other hotels, friendly and accommodating staff Anthony, Jessica, Nikki, Scott, Chris and Shirley and the night staff too are the absolute best!! I feel at home here! The kitchen and dishwhere they provide makes the stay even better!! I also really enjoyed the pool this time! Everyone was so happy and friendly! My only request would be for pool towels for guests.
